The goal of the Global Association of Prime Home Inspectors () is to provide the very backbone that will be the foundation for superior home inspections throughout the domestic world. The Standards and Practices of , which lays a clear outline for home inspectors to follow, is a beacon of clarity that cuts through the chaos caused by an unregulated industry. has been designed by actual members of the Home Inspection Industry. It provides simultaneously, a high standard of quality that any home buyer can feel assured by, as well as providing guidance and protection to home inspectors. Home Inspectors must walk a very fine line that crosses paths with experts of many fields, but must always refrain from embarking upon areas they are not legally licensed to evaluate. They are the epitome of a "Jack of all trades, Master of none".

Knowledgeable Home Inspectors continue to be the frontline in assessing the quality of a property at a reasonable price. For this reason, it is our organizations primary goal to protect these knowledgeable inspectors so that they may continue to provide quality evaluations. For over 25 years in Southern California, our founders have provided the standards that elevate the quality and assurance of any professional home inspection.
